SWOSU ITS is continually looking for innovative was to make tedious task like paperwork easier. DocuSign has been implemented to make getting documents signed easier. Create, send, and sign documents with secure digital signatures on your desktop and smart devices. 

Colleague 

Colleague is SWOSU’s ERP system. Colleague is used to manage and maintain data in support of academic and business practices at the university. Admissions, Financial Aid, the Bursar’s Office, and many other offices around campus use Colleague.

ARGOS is SWOSU’s reporting solution. Argos is a powerful reporting tool designed for everyone. It delivers flexible, powerful, and easy to use reporting to provide accurate information and data when you need to make timely, informed decisions.  

Etrieve  

Etrieve is SWOSU’s electronic document management platform that combines electronic forms and workflow automation. It allows employees and students to review, approve, deny, comment, and reroute forms as needed.
