Radiologic Technology HESI

Completion of the HESI entrance exam will be required as a part of the program application process.

If you live where travel to one of our campuses would be lengthy and want to take the HESI at a testing center near you, information about registration for distance testing can be found at SWOSU Distance Testing Instructions. If you prefer to travel to one of the SWOSU campuses to test, the process for registering for onsite testing can be found at (upcoming link coming soon)..

In addition to the HESI test fee, there is a SWOSU administrative fee when taken on a SWOSU campus. Please register and pay at the following website: Testing Center Registration & Fees

After paying all test fees, please make an appointment for your test. All exams on the Sayre remote location are administered at 1:30 p.m. by contacting Cathy Baker at 580.928.5533, ext. 2131. For testing at the SWOSU Weatherford campus please make an appointment at the Assessment and Testing Center by calling 580.774.7084 to schedule your exam.

Please take the exam in a timely manner, as the minimum score for consideration is 65. Consideration means that your application will be entered into those to be considered for an interview. The HESI exam can be taken multiple times, if your initial score is not sufficient for consideration. HESI exam score, application scores and interview scores are combined to make up the final applicant score.
