SWOSU maintains and supports various enterprise applications available for academic and administrative purposes of the university. 

GoSWOSU - SSO Account

GoSWOSU is a web-based account offering a variety of applications for student, faculty, and staff with the simplicity of a one username and password to access it all. You can find Canvas, Self-Service, Office 365, and much more on GoSWOSU. 


An Office 356 license is available to students, faculty, and staff. This includes Microsoft Office as well as OneDrive cloud storage system. Through this SWOSU provides a browser based, online version of the Office applications accessible from any device when you sign in to your GoSWOSU. You also have the option to download Microsoft Office Suite straight to your computer. 

Adobe Creative Cloud 

SWOSU offers Adobe Creative Cloud licensing to faculty and staff. Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of over 20 applications for design, web, UX, and photography. With this licensing, you will have access to applications like Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Premiere Pro. 


Canvas is SWOSU’s course management system that supports online teaching and learning. It provides the means for students and faculty to share course content and communicate with each other. It is accessible through your GoSWOSU account. 


Self-Service is a web-based application for students, faculty, and staff to access critical information to their work here at SWOSU. Students use self-service for advising, pre-registration, financial information and more. Faculty and Staff use Self-Service to view payroll information, check leave time balances, and more. Self-Service can be accessed through your GoSWOSU account. 


Colleague is SWOSU’s ERP system. Colleague is used to manage and maintain data in support of academic and business practices at the university. Admissions, Financial Aid, the Bursar’s Office, and many other offices around campus use Colleague. 


Apple School Manager 

Apple School Manager is a simple, web-based portal for IT administrators that provides a fast way for you to deploy Apple devices that your organization has purchased. You can automatically enroll devices in your mobile device management (MDM) solution without having to physically touch or prepare the devices before users get them. 


SWOSU ITS is continually looking for innovative was to make tedious tasks like paperwork easier. DocuSign has been implemented to make getting documents signed easier. Create, send, and sign documents with secure digital signatures on your desktop and smart devices.
