Dell Lease

SWOSU has partnered with eBryIT to allow departments to lease desktop and laptop computers. SWOSU is on a 4-year cycle which we manage here in IT. This program allows us to spread the cost out over time while keeping our campus up to date on the latest technology. 

Equipment Checkout

The SWOSU ITS department has laptops that can be checked out for short periods of time to Employees on campus. You can submit a request to check out a laptop. 

Software Licenses (Helpdesk Ticket)

There are many types of software available for both SWOSU-owned computers, as well as options for O365 for home use for faculty, staff, and students. Softwares available are Adobe, O365, DocuSign - just to name a few. If you need to request specific software, please make a Helpdesk Ticket. 

Printer 

At SWOSU, printers are purchased by the department. We here in IT are happy to offer a recommendation. SWOSU does not allow the use of wireless printers for departmental or personal use.  

ITS Surplus Pickup  

SWOSU IT can pick up any equipment for surplus or redistribution. To have surplus picked up, you must fill out an Etrieve Computer Surplus Form.
