A coordinated stationery system, including letterhead, second sheets, envelopes, and business cards, helps Southwestern Oklahoma State University present a clear and consistent brand in every setting. In many cases, stationery is the first visual touchpoint audiences receive from SWOSU, including prospective students, current students, alumni, parents and families, faculty, staff, and supporters.

SWOSU maintains both Academic and Athletic stationery systems to ensure a unified, professional appearance across campus. The Office of Public Relations and Marketing develops and manages these standards. Units and departments should not design, print, or order custom stationery outside the approved system.

To ensure brand consistency and print quality, all official stationery must be ordered through University Press.
