Updating Directory Pages
SWOSU Directory Information
- Human Resources must first receive an approved pay action before any changes can be made to the SWOSU Directory.
- Once approved, the information is provided to IT who updates the active directory (keep in mind that when a person leaves, they stay active in the directory for 30 more days as a grace period).
- When an update is made to the active directory, IT exports the file and sends to the webmaster who publishes the file.
SWOSU Directory Photo
If you would like to update your photo on the SWOSU Directory, you can send that directly to the webmaster, who will upload and publish the photo.
Individual Staff/Faculty Pages
You can have a link added to your information card on the SWOSU Directory that goes to an individual page with more information about you and your credentials. You can send that information directly to the webmaster to either create or update a page. Sample Directory Page
If you do have a job title change that is now reflected on the active directory, send me that update because I have to manually make those changes on individual pages manually.
Contact Information on Webpages
If there is a change in contact information on a webpage on the SWOSU site, you must send those updates to the webmaster.
