First-Class, Priority and Express Mail
Pieces with No Endorsement
First-Class, Priority and Express Mail will be forwarded for 12 months after the addressee has moved. For six months after that, mail will be returned with an on-piece address correction. After 18 months, or if the mail is undeliverable, the piece will be returned for non-delivery attached. There is no charge and no endorsement is needed.
Authorized Endorsements
You can endorse First-Class, Priority and Express Mail to obtain an address correction or to have mail returned to you instead of being forwarded. Only the following authorized endorsements may be used.
Address Service Requested
First-Class, Priority and Express Mail with this endorsement will be forwarded for 12 months, a separate notice of the new address provided, and the address correction fee charged.
For months 13 through 18, the mail piece will be returned with the new address attached; no charge
After 18 months, or if the mail piece is undeliverable, the mail piece will be returned with the reason for non-delivery attached; no charge.
Forwarding Service Requested
First-Class, Priority and Express Mail will be forwarded for 12 months at no charge.
During months 13 through 18, the mail piece will be returned with the new address
attached; no charge.
After 18 months, or if undeliverable, the mail pieces will be returned with the reason for non-delivery; no charge.
Return Service Requested
First-Class, Priority and Express Mail will be returned with new address or reason for non-delivery attached; no charge.
