Unendorsed Standard Mail (A) that is undeliverable will not be forwarded or returned but will be disposed of by the Postal Service.

For months 13 through 18, the mail piece will be returned with the new address attached; no address correction fee.

After 18 months, or if the mail piece is undeliverable, the mail piece will be returned with the reason for non-delivery attached; no address correction fee.
