August 2018	Formation of Executive Committee	Executive committee comprised of president, VP student affairs, VP finance, provost, associate provost, lead faculty member
August 2018	Executive Committee review of stakeholder survey
August – September 2018	Initial survey of stakeholders	Survey will be open July through August.
September 2018	Data analysis of survey results by Executive Committee and Institution Research	Data will show areas of agreement and areas with need of revision
September 2018	Creation of Task Forces for each goal revision	Task forces will be teams of five-seven people
September 2018	Executive Committee and Task Force  review of survey results and revisions based on survey results	Based on results, Task Forces will revise mission, values, vision and SMART goals
October 2018	Campus-wide forum on Strategic Planning	>Host an afternoon forum for input from campus community on Strategic Goals
October 2018	Finalization of mission, vision, values and Strategic Goals	Task Forces will take feedback from forum to revise goals
October 2018	Second survey of stakeholders	Stakeholders will be asked to rate level of agreement with new Strategic Goals and provide feedback
October 2018	Creation of Strategic Plan Writing Team	Writing team will consist of three-five individuals who will write and design the Strategic Plan document
November 2018	Final Strategic Plan produced	Strategic Plan put in print and online
Quarterly	Executive Council meeting for goal updates	Personnel in charge of data for each goal will complete charts that provide goal updates
