Diabetes Education Service
SWOSU Rural Health Center will be offering a diabetes prevention class this fall available to all faculty and staff, including the spouse/dependent on SWOSU insurance, with prediabetes or at high risk for diabetes. The class will be focused on equipping participants with prediabetes to practically and realistically change their lifestyle to help lower the risk of diabetes and other health problems. The following link is to a questionnaire that will help determine your current risk for diabetes. If your risk is high, you can request to be contacted for more information. All personal information obtained from the questionnaire will be stored in a secure manner.
